This packet is where you'll fill out all the important details about your wedding day—everything from your timeline, location, and key family members to special moments you want us to capture. This will help us understand how your day will unfold and ensure we don’t miss a single precious moment. Filling out the Details Packet is essential for us to be fully prepared to capture your day perfectly!
💰 Payment Balance Reminders: Inside the same email, you’ll also find information on your remaining payment balance. As your wedding day approaches, we’ll remind you of the outstanding balance so you don’t have to worry about it at the last minute. This email serves as a helpful reminder, making it easy to take care of everything well in advance. We want you to be able to focus on the excitement of your upcoming celebration!
📞 Phone Call Connection: Once you’ve completed your Details Packet, we’ll schedule a 20-minute phone call to go over everything about two weeks before your wedding. During this call, we’ll confirm the start time, location, key moments, and any last-minute details that need to be addressed. We’ll ensure all the pieces are in place so that the day runs smoothly. This call is designed to give you peace of mind and make sure we’re aligned with your vision for the day.
